Missions principales
- Mise en place du service.
- ▪ Réalisation des recettes de base (crèmes, pain, différentes pâtes, sauces, coulis …).
- ▪ Réaliser des desserts classiques, plus élaborés, et entremets.
- ▪ Dresser des desserts et les transmettre au personnel de salle pour le service.
- ▪ Appliquer et faire appliquer les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.
- ▪ Former ses commis
